Empower Platform is the central hub for all services offered by Empower, including their tracking tool called Empower Tracking.
All the data inputted into Empower Tracking is used to construct meaningful tracking representations, and it administers the functionality and permissions for each organization.
Only managing staff have access to Empower Platform.
To sum it up, Empower Tracking is the tool used to register and track materials in the field, while Empower Platform is the admin site where you can access all data and services related to tracking and configure settings for Empower Tracking.
