Change my password in Empower Tracking
The following steps apply when you still know your password to Empower Platform and Tracking but wish to change it, for any reasons you may have.
1. Click on your account in the upper right corner
2. Click "My Profile"
3. Click on "Change" on the password line
4. Type your current password, and your new password twice
5. Click "Submit"
6. Your password is now changed. Use the arrow to get back to the main page
Reset my password from Empower Tracking
The following steps apply when you forgot your password to Empower Platform & Tracking and wish to get a new one.
1. From Empower Tracking login page, click on "Forgot password"
2. Type the email address of your user account and click "Send"
3. A confirmation message is displayed, asking you to check your email
4. Open the email in your inbox, and click "reset link" as shown below
Please note: If you can't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
5. In the new page opened, type your new password twice and click "Sure"
6. Your password is now reset and you can return to the login page of Empower Tracking
7. Login with your new password in Empower Tracking
