Change my password in Empower Platform
The following steps apply when you still own a valid password to Empower Platform & Tracking but you wish to change it, for any reason you may have.
1. At the top right corner of the main page of Empower Platform, click on your organization name
2. Click on "My profile"
3. Click on "Change Password"
4. Click on "Edit"
5. First type your current password once, and then your new password twice
6. Click "Save"
Reset my password from Empower Platform
The following steps apply when you forgot your password to Empower Platform & Tracking and wish to obtain a new one.
1. In the login page of Empower Platform, click "Forgot password"
2. Type the email you used to register your Empower account, and click "Send"
3. Once submitted, the confirmation message asks you to check your email inbox
4. In the email you received, click "reset link"
5. Type your new password twice and click "Done and Log in"
6. You can then log into Empower Platform with your new password
