If your organization is receiving a remote delivery request from another organization on the Empower platform or from another facility within your own organization, you will receive an email notification to check the transaction.

However, sometimes this email may end up in your "Promotion" or spam filter, so make sure to check those tabs if you can't find the notification in your inbox. You can also search for the title "Empower Tracking: You have received a remote delivery request".
