As a managing member of your organization, you can review the Tracking History of your different facilities in Empower Platform. This can give you valuable insights into field activities. The steps below show you how to access, interpret and export the data.

Content

1. Click on "Tracking Services" in the left side menu.

2. Click Tracking History

You can filter the tracking history by time range, facility, and action type.

3. View the summary page

The summary page displays info on:

  • system time (at which you did the action),

  • user-specified time (past - which you can change in the action details),

  • action type,

  • material description,

  • amount (kg),

  • payment and currency (if applicable),

  • from and to which facility/organization the registration happened, and

  • who registered it.

4. To view the details of a transaction click the "View" button

You can use "Edit and "Revert" buttons to not only view the details but also edit and delete some of the transactions - more details on this in this article.

5. View the details of each transaction

Note that the upper date displays the user-selected date, while the lower displays the system-generated time. These time stamps will be identical unless the date was edited when doing the registration in Empower Tracking.

Export a transaction data

History allows you to export a transaction data. In the context of Tracking, it means gathering all data that was inputted in the platform (reception, handling, delivery) up to the very transaction you are exporting.

1. Click on the upward arrow, right end of a History row

This will open a new tab in your browser.

2. See the tracking journey up to this transaction. Click to verify the attachments or to save the data on your device.

In this case, the material was simply received and delivered a few times across different facilities. Attachments are provided with their respective transactions.

Note: once saved as PDF, the attachments links will disappear. Files names won't be clickable in the resulting PDF.
