Requests appear on the Tracking App and allow users to remotely deliver and receive materials from other users, either to or from other organizations or your own other facilities. See the steps below on how to access and interpret the information.
1. Click "Requests" from the navigation bar
Notice that the number of potential pending Requests is displayed above in a red dot, as shown below.
2. View Requests In Progress
If there are any pending Requests at your facility, these will be displayed in the "In Progress" tab. Requests initiated by your facility and waiting for the recipient's approval are also displayed in this tab.

3. View Completed Requests
By clicking on the "Completed" tab, you can view the incoming requests your facility has already approved, and the outgoing requests that have already been approved by the recipients.
4. View All Requests
By clicking on the "All" tab, you can view all requests that have been sent from or to your facility - the completed ones as well as the pending ones.
