Add names of common receivers and deliverers used in unconfirmed transactions, from organizations or companies that don't use Empower. The names will appear as drop-down options in the tracking app.
Follow the steps to set up your partners:
Step 1: Click on Partners on the left side of the menu at Empower Platform
Step 2: Choose the facility you wish to create a default list of partners.
Step 3: Click on EDIT to add and modify either the list of Receive or the list of Deliver
Step 4: After clicking on the bottom with "+" write down the partner's name and a brief description and click CONFIRM
Step 5 (optional): Your list has been updated! To see how these changes will be perceived on Empower Tracking, click on PREVIEW
For unconfirmed receive transactions flow found here or for unconfirmed delivery transactions flow found here, you'll be able to now see the default list you've set up previously.
Note: For the list to show you should write a letter in the free-text field.
Step 6 (optional): If you wish to have the same list in other facilities, click on CLONE and choose the facilities that should have the same default setup.
